Our flagship coffee blend designed to shine in Cape Town’s vibrant and competitive coffee market. Understanding the challenges of standing out, we embarked on a journey to create a blend that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of coffee enthusiasts.

Over two months, we rigorously tested and refined our blend, immersing ourselves in the art of espresso making. Countless tastings and adjustments allowed us to deeply appreciate the nuances of each ingredient. Our goal was to craft an all-African coffee that showcased the rich diversity of the continent’s beans. However, during the development process, we realized that something was missing.

After experimenting with various combinations, we found that adding a small portion of Brazilian beans brought a remarkable balance to the blend. This addition not only enhanced the overall flavour but also introduced a unique depth that sets Speak Easy apart from the rest. The resulting blend harmoniously combines the vibrant acidity and fruity notes typical of African coffees with the smooth, rounded profile characteristic of Brazilian beans.
