This Medium roast is the puurfect blend of African and South American beans, showcasing the distinctive qualities of the Black Cat. With low acidity and a smooth middle that transitions into a lingering hazelnut chocolate aftertaste, it is a delightful choice for coffee enthusiasts.
To celebrate our one-year anniversary, we aimed to create a blend that reflects the spirit of Conversations Coffee Co. Initially, we experimented with a mix of Brazilian and El Salvadoran beans, which showed promise but lacked the WOW factor we desired. Recognizing the potential of our single-origin Yirgacheffe, known for its vibrant flavours and aromatic profile, we added it to the mix.
The result is a harmonious blend that balances the smoothness of South American beans with the bright, floral notes of Yirgacheffe. This coffee not only highlights the rich diversity of flavours but also serves as a tribute to our journey. Whether enjoyed at home or shared with friends, this medium roast embodies community, creativity, and our commitment to exceptional coffee.
